Middle School Standard Based Grading System Policy and FYI's

2020-2021 FMS School Supply List is HERE!!! 

Required: Face coverings - 2 reusable, washable. Images on coverings should follow the district dress code. According to the Center for Disease Control: cloth face covering should: fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face; completely cover the nose and mouth; secured with ties or ear loops; includes multiple layers of fabric; allows for breathing without restriction; can be laundered and machine dried without damage or change to shape. Face shields that cover the nose and mouth and can be cleaned are acceptable.

 Athletics:

March 29th @ 3:30pm: Track and Tennis Season Begins. Tennis will take place at KMS, a bus will be provided to take you from FMS to KMS on your In Person Learning Days. All track and tennis players need to make sure they have a current physical and concussion form on file and also fill out the COVID form. All of these forms can be found and printed out on our Athletics site, which is linked below.  Bring your water bottle, mask, and forms to practice with you to give to your coach, and turn in your $40 sports fee to the FMS office. Exact cash or cash are accepted. If you need to see if you have a carry-over credit from these sports from last year, please call the FMS office. 

 

 

******NEW IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!!****** Updated January 26th, 2021....We are now allowing 4 spectators per athlete to attend their students HOME GAME ONLY. This will be monitored and enforced with a check in system prior to the game. There will still be no visiting fans allowed. Parents WILL NOT be allowed to travel to away games to watch. We will be live streaming the games on Facebook. THIS LINK WILL BE SENT BY EMAIL TO YOU FROM YOUR STUDENTS COACH. Please contact your students coach for more details on this. Again, 4 PEOPLE PER ATHLETE WILL BE ALLOWED(EVERY PERSON, INCLUDING SIBILINGS, ARE COUNTED AS A PERSON) Spectators will be required to wear a mask. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET---There will be no spectators for the visiting team at away games.

ONLINE PAYMENTS:

To make payments on our Web store, please select Fremont Middle School on Revtrak. You must select Fremont Middle School or your payment will not go to the proper location. There is a 3.5% convenience fee assessed with the online store. If you prefer not to use this system, exact cash or check is always accepted in the FMS office. Spirit gear is not available for purchase online.

Are You Brand New To The Kuna School District??  Find out what school zone you are in by clicking HERE!  

New Students register here: After registering online, you will need to provide an original copy of the following:

  1. An original or certified copy of your child's birth certificate
  2. Up-to-date immunization record(s)
  3. Proof of address (such as a phone or utility bill, or rental contract)
  4. Previous school transcript or most recent report card (if any)
  5. Custody paperwork (if applicable)
