Welcome To Fremont Middle School! Home Of The Hawks!!

2020-2021 FMS School Supply List is HERE!!! 

Required: Face coverings - 2 reusable, washable. Images on coverings should follow the district dress code. According to the Center for Disease Control: cloth face covering should: fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face; completely cover the nose and mouth; secured with ties or ear loops; includes multiple layers of fabric; allows for breathing without restriction; can be laundered and machine dried without damage or change to shape. Face shields that cover the nose and mouth and can be cleaned are acceptable.

AUG 12th: 8 AM to 2 PM: BRAND NEW Student Registration- those who have never attended a school in the Kuna School District! Don't forget to bring your required documents with you listed below.

Registration Guide

New Students register here: After registering online, you will need to provide an original copy of the following:

  1. An original or certified copy of your child's birth certificate
  2. Up-to-date immunization record(s)
  3. Proof of address (such as a phone or utility bill, or rental contract)
  4. Previous school transcript or most recent report card (if any)
  5. Custody paperwork (if applicable)

AUG 13th: 6th-8th Grade Registration(Those That HAVE Attended the Kuna School District)

Two Sessions on August 13th ONLY:

8:00-12:30 & 2:00-6:30

Come whenever you choose during these times! These timeframes are open to all grades! 

 

 

Please Read These Important Registration Notes: 

1. 7TH GRADE PARENTS BE SURE TO BRING YOUR CHILD'S UPDATED IMMUNIZATION RECORDS

No updated records = no schedule.

2. Parents of ALL students MUST update Tyler SIS information before picking up the student schedule. Please try to do this from home as it will save you quite a bit of time during Registration. You will be required to do it on August 13th before you start the registration process if it is not completed ahead of time.

To do this: (not from a phone as it is very detailed) Go to your parent Tyler SIS log in. Log in(user name is your email on file) and then click on the Tyler SIS link that states: Online Registration must be completed for 2020/21. Don't forget to click the box at the bottom of each page and hit save before heading to the next page! This will take you through all of your students that are in the KSD. Once all pages are completed, click submit.

3. Please note, ONLY cash or checks are accepted if you want to make any purchases for spirit gear, fees, etc. We have credit card options available on our website for a service fee. This option will open on August 12th. Go to Online Payments, and follow the instructions.

4. No schedules will be available until August 26th. Parents and students will be able to view them on Tyler. A hard copy will be handed to each student on the first day of school. 

 

**DATE CHANGE**AUG 17th: 3:00 PM: FMS Football Begins at Football Field, A COVID waiver, physical and concussion form, and payment($40) are due the first day and you must bring a water bottle and mask!

  

**DATE CHANGE**AUG 17th: 8:00 AM: FMS Cross Country Begins at FMS Front Doors, A COVID waiver, physical and concussion form, and payment($40) are due the first day and you must bring a water bottle and mask!

 

**DATE CHANGE**AUG 17th-19th: FMS Volleyball Try-outs Begin, 7th Grade- 8:00 AM-10:00 AM 8th Grade- 10:00 AM-Noon, A COVID waiver, physical and concussion form, and payment($40) are due the first day and you must bring a water bottle and mask!

 

AUG 27th: First Day Of School

  

SEPT 4th: School Picture Day

 

SEPT 7th: No School-Labor Day

Wednesday Only(Early Release): 7:45 am - 2:10 pm

Mon-Fri Free Breakfast For All Students 7:15 am - 7:40 am

Bus Passes to Office by Email, Note, or Phone by 1:30 pm
